Life Coaching Program

Solution-focused coaching

Our approach to life coaching is an integrated mix of practices from solution-focused coaching, NLP, neuroscience and positive psychology.

Solution-focused coaching is concerned with what a client wants to achieve in the end.

A solution-focused coach will question a client about a goal in order to clarify his or her vision. What is it they really want? How are they going to get there? What happens once they do get there? Solution-focused coaching encourages: introspection, self-evaluation, clear goal setting and a richer understanding of one’s own unique path in life.

Setting inspirational and powerful goals

We begin with an introductory life coaching session where you will set some inspirational and powerful life goals that you will work on in our coaching.

Most people choose three goals to work on in coaching although it is up to you. Often career is an area where people set a goal and as experienced career coaches, we can help you with that too.

Achieving your desired goals

Between us, we will decide on how many coaching sessions you will require to achieve your desired goal/s. You can also decide on a session by session basis although for permanent change, we recommend that you commit to an agreed upon number of sessions. These are usually two weeks apart to give you time to complete your between session actions.

No lock-in contracts.

You can choose to cease the coaching relationship at any time and recoup any money paid, less an admin fee.

We will sign a coaching agreement and discuss fees* and time frames and you will start straight away with some ‘homework’.

* Discounts are provided for paying for sessions upfront.

Coaching sessions tailored to your needs

Coaching sessions are of an hour’s duration and are a mix of strategising, planning, setting actions and reporting back on these and getting feedback. An essential ingredient of the coaching are the insights that you gain along the way to allow you to make lasting behavioural changes to set you up for future ongoing success. Sometimes we need to look at underlying beliefs that are not serving us, which may be driving our thinking and behaviour.

Face to face, phone and online life coaching

We provide online career coaching for clients Australia-wide via Zoom and phone, and in person at our Neutral Bay office (North Shore, Sydney).

Ongoing support

We are available for calls and emails in between sessions to help keep you on track – there is no extra cost for these.
