Services
Sydney Career Coaching provides career coaching, career assessments, resume support, interview preparation, career planning and related professional development services.
Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a professional partnership designed to support clients in achieving their career and personal development goals.
Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, medical treatment or mental health treatment.
Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes resulting from coaching conversations and recommendations.
Fees and Payment
Fees are payable in accordance with the agreed service or program purchased.
Payment is generally required prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
Appointments and Cancellations
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments where possible.
Sydney Career Coaching reserves the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations at its discretion.
Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated confidentially, subject to legal obligations and circumstances involving risk of harm.
Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, reports, exercises, resources and website content remain the intellectual property of Sydney Career Coaching unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Sydney Career Coaching makes no guarantee regarding specific employment, career or educational outcomes.
Services are provided in good faith and clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Changes to Terms
Sydney Career Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
